Yoga...in the office

In this special ninety-minute workshop yoga instructor Hal Meng will share techniques that he has learned that can:

  • Prevent Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Release neck and shoulder tension
  • Balance energy throughout the day
  • Ease back pain

Yoga…in the Office! Can be done on or off-site, in your offices or on a retreat.
